From cocktail making classes to cupcake and vino parties to sausage making classes, we have something that we are sure you will love.

Learn how to make sausage at Smokey J's Texas-Style BBQ with Chef Josh. This class is meant to get your hands dirty. The class will choose one type of sausage that is prepared at the shop, and will learn step by step procedure on how to make your own at home. Students will learn insider tips on how to grind, how to mix, how to case, and how to twist. Each student will take home 5 pounds of sausage.

New In February

Love and Friendship Urban Wine Trail Tour 2/13 @ 2 PM

This Valentine’s Day weekend bring your honey, besties and family on a special walking food and drink tour on Oakland’s Urban Wine Trail. The ramshackle wooden wharves of Jack London’s day are gone for good, and so are the lawless men who worked on them. Now this historic waterfront location is home to freshly-renovated public spaces, a constantly evolving food scene and some of the most amazing urban wineries in Northern California. This Valentine’s Day weekend we’ll be exploring the Urban Wine Trail through food and drink. On our three hour expedition we’ll be celebrating love and friendship and visiting two amazing cellars where they’ll be doing a private tasting for our group. As well, we’ll be making a couple of food stops along the way to taste some of our favorite local restaurant offerings in the area.

On all of our tours guests will have a chance to talk with chefs, store-owners, and restaurant employees who share behind-the-scenes stories about the details, inspiration, and evolution of their offerings, as well as eat and drink.
