Seder suppers that are restaurant-ready Comal’s Fifth Annual Passover Dinners What: In honor of Passover, Comal’s chef Matt Gandin is cooking two multi-course, family-style meals to be served in the restaurant’s private dining room. The dinner will incorporate Passover traditions like rice, beans, and corn into Comal’s Mexican-inflected menu. There will be rock cod “gefilte” fish cakes with chipotle aioli, beef brisket in adobo, and caldo de pollo.
